1. Paphos Villa’s Cyprus accepts no liability for any loss, personal injury or death however incurred whilst residing in the villas.

2. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms and conditions. All bookings through Paphos Villa’s Cyprus and all matters arising from them are governed by United Kingdom law.

3. The person who makes the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. By making a booking you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

4. We take no responsibility for matters beyond our control, i.e. war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, bad weather conditions and other circumstances which us the villa owners could foresee or avoid even with all due care.

5. Any damages caused whilst residing in the villas must be replaced or paid for.

6. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. If your booking is made within 3 months or less from your departure date it must be accompanied by full payment. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your payment.

7. Payment of balance must be paid 3 months prior to the hire commencement date. If payment in full is not received by the tenth week prior to your commencement date we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice.

8. All prices are per property and not per person including air-conditioning and are calculated in GB£. You will be charged for the number of nights that you book the villa. If your booking straddles a period where the rates differ, the cost of the accommodation will be calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket.

9. SHOULD YOU WISH TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL. WHILST WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO MEET ANY SUCH REQUESTS.

10. Cancellation of booking must be by email and be received by Paphos villa’s Cyprus within 3 months of the holiday commencement date. If cancellation is prior to this. only the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 3 months before the departure date, the full hire cost is to be paid.

11. Cancellation by the villa owner. If deemed necessary Paphos Villa’s Cyprus reserves the right to withdraw or cancel your booking. In this unlikely event you will be offered the choice of renting another villa through us (subject to availability) with the price difference payable or refundable as appropriate, or of receiving a full refund of all monies paid. No compensation is payable by Paphos Villa’s Cyprus.

12. Although Paphos Villa’s Cyprus uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all information provided and the quality and facilities of the villas, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that occur while guests occupy the villa of their choice. We do our best to ensure your stay at the Villas is a comfortable one. Should the unlikely event of a problem arise it is imperative that we the owners are notified immediately so the problem can be rectified and dealt with. We will not accept any complaints once guests leave Cyprus unless an official complaint is registered with us before departure.

13. We cannot be held responsible for building work in the vicinity of the villas. We will do our utmost to inform guests of forthcoming work.

14. Paphos Villa’s Cyprus makes every effort to ensure that advertised descriptions are correct. Paphos Villa’s Cyprus reserves the right to change the description of any villa or service at any time, in which case we will endeavor to notify you of changes before your arrival date. No compensation will be payable by Paphos Villa’s Cyprus in such cases. No claims will be accepted for costs or additional expenses incurred as a result of any changes.

15. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended!

Other Conditions

1. Transport from and to the airport is not included or provided with the rental price.

2. The villas must be vacated by midday on the day of departure. This enables the villas to be cleaned for the next occupants. If there is a gap in the change over rental period, guests may be able to stay in the villa until departure time but this must be pre-arranged with us before your arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

3. All villas will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. In respect of your holiday privacy, no intermediate cleans are carried out. Spare towel and bedding change are available at all villa’s for your use. All villa’s are supplied with washing machines so that you can wash towels and bedding as often as you require.

4. Air-conditioning is included in the property price but the units must only be used while guests are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. under no circumstances musts the units be left on continuosly while the property is unoccupied.

5. Hirer's responsibility. The hirer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents. At the end of the hire period, the property and its contents, including all equipment, furniture and utensils, etc must be left clean and tidy.Smoking is permitted on balconies, terraces and gardens, but please do not smoke inside the villa's. No pets allowed.
