Orchards is a three bedroom villa located in the universal area of paphos. Ideally situated in a convient location close to both the harbour and kato paphos old town. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops it makes for an ideal holiday location for those wishing to be close to all that paphos has to offer. The historic harbour with its abundance of local restaurants, taverns, bars and entertainment is only a few minutes away. Paphos has many historical points of interest including the museum, the tomb of the kings and the mosaics of paphos. A short drive away is the legendary birthplace of aphrodite. Coral bay and the secluded beaches and fantastic scenery of the akamas peninsula are within a short drive. Action packed or slow and relaxing, the choice is yours. Sunset outdoors or a downtown night out it’s your holiday! You decide. |

If the kids need a break from the sun or pool then why not try one of the many local attractions. Paphos go karting centre, paphos waterpark, crazy golf, horse riding and ten pin bowling are all within a ten minute drive of the villa. For adults there is a choice of golf courses, scuba diving and water sports or a selection of historic sites to visit. |

| Orchards
is truly a fine example of a luxurious paphos holiday villa. A perfect
central location and is convenient to all amenities. Of course our opinion is a little biased, this is our own holiday home, and a place we chose to enjoy our free time. We still enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, usually with a glass of wine or a cold beer in hand. The villa has its own private pool and patio area; furnished with table & chairs and sun beds. There is also a large brick built bbq. Fully furnished front balcony area. All ideal for hot lazy days and warm sunset evenings. The villa is equipped to exceptionally high standards with everything you need for a relaxed and memorable holiday. The extra large living area is ideal for families and is complete with tv, dvd, video and hifi, there is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances. The open plan dinning room offers seating for up to 8 people. |
